I wonder why he didn't call us nurse practitioners instead of just nurses? Also, if we could get the insurance companies to recognize us as primary care providers and if FL would give us controlled substance rights, most of my troubles would disappear!

We have made gerat strides to just be at "the table" in this discussion. This is a time for NP's to be included and not an afterthought. We must support the efforts of AANP and Jan Tower to keep us in the forefront. These are very exciting times.
